Hi, I’m Kristy - the heart behind Sweet Tea Bakery.

I’m a mom of three, former nurse, and a recent Florida transplant who found a new path through flour, sugar, and a love for creating something meaningful from scratch. Baking started as a creative outlet and quickly turned into something more—a way to slow down, connect with people, and bring a little comfort and joy into everyday life.

After years in nursing, I was drawn to a different kind of care—one that shows up in warm bagels, fresh sweet rolls, and recipes made with intention. Every item you see is made by me, start to finish, in small batches with a focus on quality, flavor, and that homemade touch you can’t quite replicate.

Sweet Tea Bakery is more than just a business—it’s a leap of faith, a creative passion, and a reflection of the life I’m building for my family here in Florida.
